What we collect

When you contact us or order, we process names, contact details, messages and attachments, plus order and invoicing data. We get the details from you or your company. Without them we cannot respond or deliver. Basis: contract and accounting law. The site logs technical data such as IP addresses for security and spam protection (legitimate interest). Site search terms are stored; we do not link them to you. If you arrive through a campaign link, campaign and advertising click identifiers are carried in the URL to the contact form and included with your inquiry. The domain of an external referring website may also be included. We also count daily arrivals by channel to distinguish, for example, Google Ads from Google search. These counters store no URLs, click identifiers, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. We retain the counters for up to 400 days. This measurement uses neither cookies nor browser storage.

Cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views, referral sources and website performance in aggregate. This measurement does not use cookies or track individual visitors across websites. We do not use Google Analytics or Google Ads tracking code on this website. Google fonts and embedded maps load from Google services, which receive technical information such as your IP address when those resources load.

Where the data goes

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Processing on our behalf: Brevo (email), Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection and cookieless web analytics) and Google (fonts and embedded maps). The transport company gets the name and delivery address. Google and Cloudflare may transfer data to the United States under EU-approved safeguards (Data Privacy Framework).

Retention

We keep data as long as the customer relationship requires. Accounting records at least six years (Finnish Accounting Act).

Your rights

You can request your data (also machine-readable), have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict processing: info@adamet.fi. Complaints go to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi/en). We do not profile you or make automated decisions.
